At Oudora Dubai, we take pride in delivering our exclusive collections to our global community. Please find below the details of our international shipping operations from our primary fulfillment centers in China to the USA, UK, and Europe.

1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major public holidays.
  • In peak seasons, please allow for an additional 1–2 days for quality control and packaging.

2. Estimated Delivery Times
We utilize dedicated e-commerce air lines to ensure the fastest possible delivery for your orders. Typical transit times from our fulfillment center in China are as follows:

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
  • Free Standard Shipping: 
  • Insured Shipping: We recommend our "Insured Shipping" option for high-value items, which provides extra protection against loss or damage during transit.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey.
  • Tracking information is typically updated within 24–48 hours after shipment.
  • Your parcel will be delivered by your local national carrier (e.g., USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK, or DHL/Local Post in Europe).

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please be advised that for international orders:
  • VAT & Import Fees: Depending on your country's laws, you may be responsible for import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon arrival.
  • UK & EU Customers: Orders below certain thresholds may have VAT collected at checkout (IOSS/UK VAT), while larger orders may incur fees at the border. Oudora Dubai is not responsible for these additional charges.

6. Damaged or Lost Items
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage for a swift resolution.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. Oudora Dubai is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
